Behemoth is coming…

COMING: October 13th!

In 2010 a mutual friend put Marvel writer Chris Kipiniak (Nightcrawler, Marvel Adventures) and I together at the famous Dominie's Hoek bar in Queens with the idea that we should be working together. We both pitched ideas back and forth but eventually landed on Chris's idea of a body horror action drama. We developed it together without a real plan about where it would end up when my friend Chris Roberson started an online comic publisher through Comixology called Monkey Brain.

We both agreed we had to be a part of this and over the next 2 and a half years, finished the project when our other obligations would allow.

‍ ‍Behemoth debuted on Monkey Brain in 2015 and it did well. But we're both old fashioned and dreamed of a print run one day.

Enter Black Caravan a publishing imprint started by Joseph Schmalke, (now the publisher and co owner of horror publisher Midnight Factory). When the rights at Monkey Brain expired, we approached Joe about publishing the print run and issue 1 made its debut in 2021.

Once again the rights have come back to us and we are finally collecting the full story (4, 22-page issues) with 8 brand new story pages along with some other surprises.

This is how we always intended to tell the story and as this is my first creator -owned property, I am extremely excited to present it this way to everyone. I can't wait for you to experience this story.
